  • Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts
  • Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.
  • Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts.
  • Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
  • Sort and file correspondence, and perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering correspondence and writing reports.

Job Description
  • Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team in focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation (minutes of meeting, contracting and other supporting document that related with client needs).
  • Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
  • Responsible to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
  • Responsible to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
  • Responsible to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
  • Responsible for overseeing any supercharges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal staff.
