Job Description
  • Implements all sales action plans related to his/her marketing areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Receive all reservation request by phone promptly and politely.
  • Ensure that complete details are recorded.
  • Provides essential two-way communication link between CRD and the client at all times in order to create and maintain customers goodwill.
  • Controls and recommends additions to the sales record system of CRD to the Director of Sales record all frequent call to existing commercial accounts.
  • Liaise closely all department within company.
  • Instantly follow up new sales leads and report at the regular sales meeting.
  • Carries out entertainment program (Lunch/Dinner) for existing and potential clients (1 Corporate Client/month).
  • Every Friday discuss the sales call program for the following week with the Director of Sales.

    -          24 hours response to business and leads

Job Description
  1. Handle all communications & negotiations with assigned Hotels
  2. Acquire new Hotels in the assigned area
  3. Manage/Request for Promotions, Incentives, and Contract Extensions to achieve company targeted production & margin growth
