Job Role
1. Manage domestic and international hotel reservations from a travel agent or corporate
2. Provide fast service in answering customer queries via phone, emails, and chat
3. Investigate customer issues to find root cause, and offer solutions
4. Confidence to follow up with hotels for room availability
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
Preferably fluent in English for conversation with overseas travel agents, hotels, and suppliers
Minimum 1 year(s) of working experience as Reservation Staff
Have a background on Travel industry or Hotelier will be an advantage
Willing to work in weekly shifts including on weekends/Public Holidays as per the shift.
